The World Badminton Federation officially announced the remaining 2020 schedule today.The season will officially restart on August 11, Hyderabad, India.The Guangzhou finals in mid-December officially ended.

According to the schedule,The Hyderabad Open on August 11-16 will be the first tournament after the World Badminton Federation has been suspended for more than 5 months.The next week is the Hainan Lingshui Masters originally scheduled to be held at the end of February.

The two highest level tournaments of the BWF, the Tangyu Cup and the finals of the Tour, are scheduled to be held in Aarhus, Denmark from October 3 to 11, and in Guangzhou from December 16 to 20.For the 3 Super 1000 races throughout the year,The All England Open ended as scheduled in March; the date of the China Open in Changzhou remains unchanged.It is still September 15-20; the Indonesian Open originally scheduled for February has been postponed to November 17-22.

Over 4 months to arrange 22 races,There are games every week.It’s about Olympic points,And the schedule is intensive,The World Badminton Federation said,At the same time, the mandatory entry requirements will be revised.According to the current rules,The top 10 singles and top 15 doubles players need to participate in at least 12 competitions each year.Including all 3 Super 1000 races and 5 Super 750 races,In the 5 Super 500 races, 4 of them are required.

The BWF also emphasized,The schedule announced this time is only a tentative plan.”Before getting absolute security,We will not resume the game plan. “
